2025 Ice Cream Social

Thank you for your interest in the 2025 RPSINGS Ice Cream Social

This year's event will take place on May 6th in the Performing Arts Center

Here is a timeline of the evening:

5:30 pm - Choir members report to Choir room in Magenta "Magic is Possible" T-Shirt and a pair of jeans

6 pm - "Pops" Choir Concert (Required) and Senior Recognition in the Performing Arts Center

7:15 pm (ish) - Transition to the Commons Area for food and "Coffee Shop Entertainment"

Our goal is to raise enough money to help fund the Orr Scholarship (the first $1000

raised) and to help RPSINGS for needs during the 2025-26 school year.

As a part of this event, we will have various items in our raffle.

Each class will create a basket :

Treble Chamber Choir - Baking Basket

Concert Choir - Summer Days/Summer Nights

Chamber Singers - Minecraft

The Black and Gold -Saucy Basket

Treble Choir - Cozy Basket

Freshmen Treble - Coming Soon

NGC Black and Gold - Coming Soon

Singers, please have your items delivered to the school by Wednesday, April 30.

Raffle Tickets for these baskets are available at the links below!

- $1 = 1 ticket

- $5 = 6 tickets

- $10 = 13 tickets

- $15 = 21 tickets

- $20 = 30 tickets

Limited Food Tickets will be available at the door.

FOOD TICKETS INCLUDE:

For $5 you receive a Hot Dog, A Bag of Chips, A Bottled Water, A piece of cake and Ice Cream

We count on parents to provide the cakes, brownies and CUPCAKES for this event.

IF YOU HAVE SIGNED UP, PLEASE BRING THEM TO SCHOOL NO LATER THAN 5 PM on
the night of the concert.
